Biography
Jeremy Sanders represents both corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters, including civil litigation, corporate transactions, entity formations and restructurings, and general corporate work. Based on his litigation and corporate background, he is often retained by small to mid-size companies to serve as their outside corporate counsel. He also serves as a mediator handling civil diputes involving individuals and corporations.
In his career, he has had the unique opportunity of representing clients as both a litigator and corporate attorney while practicing in some of the most reputable law firms in Houston. During that time, he has represented a variety of individuals and corporations — from business owners and professional athletes to Fortune 100 companies and start-up ventures. He has served as an advocate for these individual and corporate clients on a wide range of matters, ranging from corporate acquisitions and other related business transactions to complex commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Sanders has been a speaker on the energy industry and renewable energy-related topics and has served as an expert witness for business structuring issues in litigation proceedings. He repeatedly has been listed in Texas Monthly as one of the leading young lawyers in Texas.
His current practice focuses on individual and corporate representation in the fields of commercial contract disputes, energy, renewable energy, construction, and general corporate matters, while his mediation practice covers a variety of civil disputes within the aforementioned fields.
