We have extensive experience  representing creditors and debtors in reorganizations and liquidations under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, from first-day issues through plan confirmation or conversion.  Our firm routinely represents clients in adversary proceedings within a bankruptcy case, on possible asset purchases from bankruptcy estates, and in resolution of distressed assets.  Our lawyers have substantial experience in negotiating non-bankruptcy workouts including assignments for the benefit of creditors, as well as advising our clients regarding the development of policies and guidelines to minimize exposure to financial losses arising from the insolvency of their customers.
